California Coastal Commission and City of Huntington Beach approved Local Coastal Plan and project with conditions
Q1 2026
Shopoff to advance tentative tract map, grading and horizontal improvement plans for approval by City of Huntington Beach as part of Coastal Development Permit process.
At the end of the quarter, rough grading will begin. The updated schedule will be published with a community meeting prior to the commencement of rough grading.
Q1 2027
Vertical construction commences.
Q4 2028
Anticipated delivery of single-family and affordable housing.
2029
Anticipated hotel delivery.
