California Coastal Commission and City of Huntington Beach approved Local Coastal Plan and project with conditions
Q1 2026
Shopoff received its tentative map approval from the City on January 27, 2026. Demolition and rough grading of the site will start early Q2 2026. The site plan will be submitted in Q2 2026.
The updated schedule will be published with a community meeting prior to the commencement of demolition and rough grading.
Q1 2027
Vertical construction commences.
Q4 2028
Anticipated delivery of single-family and affordable housing.
2029
Anticipated hotel delivery.
